PAYMENT - Orders require 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. Final payment due upon receipt.
CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING - Shipping and handling will be billed at cost. We ship by UPS or freight for larger orders. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in transit.
WARRANTY - We guarantee our plants to be true to variety and healthy at time of shipment. Warranty claims must be made by June 1st of the year plants are planted. Under no circumstances will our liability be greater than the cost of the vines purchased.
