St. Jane Vineyard is located in historic Palestine, Texas. 

Palestine, the county seat of Anderson County, is one of the oldest and most historic cities in East Texas, located among beautiful pines and dogwood trees. Established in 1846, Palestine and Anderson County has experienced a rich and colorful life. This is clearly evident in the numerous commercial buildings and gracious homes built around the turn of the century to accommodate people in grand style during the booming railroad era of the area's beginning.

Palestine is located in the central part of East Texas, 108 miles southeast of Dallas, 150 miles north of Houston, 99 miles northeast of Waco and 180 miles northeast of Austin.

The total population of Palestine 2000 Census was 17,492 and Anderson County has a population of 55,109.
