Located in eastern Anderson County the vineyard lies on a hilltop of a 200 acre estate.  The 3.5 acres of St. Jane Vineyard contain Blanc du Bois and Lenoir (Black Spanish) varieties.

The vineyard enjoys a sunny position.  With its sandy loam soil the vines are well drained.  The abundant horizontal rows are 315 feet in length.  Their strategic location enables them to benefit from our seasonal spring winds originating from the southwest and blowing northeasterly.
